These terms govern your use of the Integra Foundry website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Manufacturing, sourcing and assembly services are provided under a separate written quote or agreement.

Content on this site, including specifications, capabilities, standards, turn times and examples, is general and illustrative. It is not an offer, a quote or a commitment of capability. Actual capabilities, prices and schedules depend on the partner factory and are confirmed per build in a written quote.

A quote becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing and you approve it. Nothing is built or charged on the basis of this website alone. Any order is subject to the written terms accepted at that time.

You keep all rights in the designs and files you send us. You grant us and our manufacturing partners a limited licence to use them only to quote, manufacture, deliver and support your order. You confirm that you have the right to provide them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Some designs are subject to export-control laws such as ITAR. Do not send controlled technical data through this website or by email until you have contacted us and we have confirmed a compliant handling path. You are responsible for identifying whether your designs are controlled.

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other users' data;
• interfere with or overload the site, or introduce malicious code;
• scrape or copy the site at scale without our permission.

The site, its design, text, graphics and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

The site links to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Liability for manufacturing services is governed solely by the written agreement for those services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Integra Foundry, Inc. is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
